I'll start off this blog with the truth. I have almost no clue as to what I'm doing. There. I said it.
I also had no clue what I was doing or what cricket was until I signed up for a cricket competition in here: nationstates.net That seems crazy at the moment, because the first round is off to a fantastic start for me.
For the record, I'm getting the hang of both, the competition and the sport of cricket. That game in the link is like a carnival at Halloween. Fun stuff, scary stuff, and unthinkable stuff all in the same place. And to cap it off, in just 24 hours you can go from being loathed like I was on this: "I've seen people lose credibility. It's been a while since I've seen it cast aside so gleefully." to being almost respected (maybe, maybe not?) like this: ""Alphabet soup thugs?" Good sir, your argument has convinced me. I bow in respect to you." And that was all in the same topic, too.
Also, try driving 4 hours home from a hockey game with no clue where to go. It sucks. Now, try doing it from a game at either Madison Square Garden or Nassau Coliseum. It's worse. All thanks to Mapquest... and some Hooters employee that didn't know how to get to a highway that was less than a block away. Not that it
mattered much, getting lost in New York City is a wonderful way to spend an hour... not.
Onto good news, baseball season is almost here and so are the Stanley Cup playoffs. To celebrate here's a link to a blooper video of each: Fan-edited baseball bloopers and Great goalie gaffes.
Here's to hoping you have a mistake free day.
